Who gets login access?+
We provide initial administrator access to the institution. Your admin can manage the campus workspace. Additional teacher, student and parent access depends on the modules and rollout agreed for your institution.
Do students and parents need email accounts?+
Not necessarily. Student sign-in and parent communication can use suitable account and contact methods; WhatsApp updates require a configured live integration and appropriate consent.
Can you help us set up the system?+
Yes. We can help with initial workspace configuration and discuss professional email setup, data preparation and staff onboarding as part of the agreed scope.
Can we get a custom-built application instead?+
Yes. We can scope a standalone application for a one-time development fee, with optional yearly maintenance agreed separately.
How much does it cost?+

Is the WhatsApp feature live right now?+
The current demo simulates notification records. Real WhatsApp messages are not sent by the demo; live messaging needs a separately configured provider integration.
